§ MR. A. J. BALFOURWith regard to the first paragraph of the question I am unable to say when we shall be able to take the next stage of the Bill. With regard to the second paragraph, I think the hon. Member for Dundee must be under some misapprehension, for there is no intention, so far as I am aware, to extend the Municipal Corporations Act, which applies to England, to Scottish municipalities.
