FARRELL (Cavan, W.)I beg to ask the under Secretary of State for War whether any complaint has been made to him of the change of training ground for the Cavan Militia; whether it is intended to incorporate this battalion with Monaghan or Fermangh; and whether, as Cavan is a large and central county, he will see that the listing arrangements are left intact.
