I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he can say if the management of the Great Northern Railway (Ireland) has, so far, taken any steps to carry out the suggestions as to improvements on their line near Culloville, made by Lieutenant-Colonel Addison, on the 6th April last, in his report upon the accident to a cattle train at Inniskeen.
