§ MR. EDWARD BARRYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether notices are given to parties whose valuations are revised; and, if not, will steps be taken to facilitate their right of appeal by giving such notices in future.
§ MR. G. W. BALFOURUnder the Valuation Acts, as amended by the Local Government (Ireland) Act, it is provided that on the receipt of the revised valuation lists the secretaries of the county councils and clerks of the urban district councils shall give public notice stating where and when these lists may be inspected, and that they will be open for public inspection for twenty-one days.
