HOGAN (Tipperary, Mid.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the proposals of Her Majesty's Government in reference to the construction of the Pacific Cable have now been revised; and, if so, whether he can give a general indication of the amended offer of co-operation with the Canadian and Australasian Governments.
