CHAMBERLAIN,) Birmingham, W.Papers relating to the Waste Lands Ordinances and Mr. Le Mesurier's complaints will be laid before the House as soon as they can be printed. The papers are somewhat voluminous, and there may be longer delay than I had contemplated, but the matter is being pressed forward as much as possible.
