§ SIR ALFRED HICKMAN (Wolverhampton, West)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has any information to the effect that the Transvaal Government has recently distributed arms and ammunition among the Boers in Natal, and is arming our own subjects against this country; and, if so, whether he will use his influence with the Natal Government to prevent this going on.
