§ *THE LORD ADVOCATE (MR. A. GRAHAM MURRAY, Buteshire)The circulars issued by the Department in the course of a year are numerous, and several of them have reference only to unimportant details of routine business. 636 All that are of general interest are on sale, and may be obtained at small cost, and it has never therefore been considered necessary to have them printed and distributed as Parliamentary papers. In any case the request could not be complied with before Friday of next week.
