§ Ordered,—That a Message be sent to the Lords, to request that their Lordships will be pleased to communicate to this House, Copies of the Minutes of Evidence and Proceedings, together with the Documents deposited, in the case of Jones' Divorce Bill [Lords]; and that the Clerk do carry the said Message.
§ Ordered,—That it he an Instruction to the Select Committee on Divorce Bills, 327 that they do hear Counsel and examine Witnesses for Jones' Divorce Bill [Lords], and also that they do hear Counsel and examine Witnesses against the Bill, if the Parties concerned think fit to be heard by Counsel and produce Witnesses.—(Mr. Attorney General.)
