GREENE (Shrewsbury)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War, whether medals and clasps for service in the last Punjaub, War and the Tirah Campaign, 1897–8, have been issued to Officers and men of the Bengal Staff Corps entitled thereto; and, if not, what is the cause of the delay, and when the distribution will take place.
