NUSSEY (Pontefract)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury 683 whether he can see his way by legislation next session to reduce the period of residence necessary for the nationalisation of aliens in the case of those who have been British-born citizens, but who have lost their citizenship in consequence of their having been naturalised in a foreign country.
