§ SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Homo Department whether he will modify his Order as to overtime in factories and workshops in which the washing of bottles is carried on, so as to prevent any risk of its being held in law to apply, contrary to his wish, in the case of the washing of bottles in jam factories.

The Factory Department will see that it is not made use of in jam factories.
