§ MR. G. W. BALFOURThe Government have agreed to purchase the house and premises, No. 24, Rutland Square, at present in the occupation of the body named, for the purpose of an extension of the offices of the Congested Districts Board, subject to a good title being shown. The price agreed upon is£1,300, but title has not yet been deduced or any of the purchase-money paid.
