WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, having regard to the fact that, on the 27th of June last, it was stated that the material required for completing the contract for conducting water to the Peddieston Public School and the farm towns of Ardivall and Muirton (Black Isle) was expected by the local authority to be received during the week, will he state whether progress is now being made with the work, and when it is expected to be complete.
