FERGUSSON (Manchester, N.E.)On behalf of the hon. and gallant Member for the Rye Division of Sussex, I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, when the Army Estimates are next discussed, he will be able to arrange that a portion of the time thus expended may include the Volunteer Vote.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI propose to take the Navy and Army Votes on Friday; and I believe that the Volunteer Vote stands first among the Army Votes at present undiscussed.
