COLVILLE (Lanark, N.E.)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether he is aware that the Parish Council of Bothwell have recently prosecuted two gentlemen for the non-vaccination of their children; and whether the Government intend to amend the Law so as to afford the same relief for the conscientious objector in Scotland which has just been provided by statute for similar objectors to vaccination in England.
