WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether he is aware that some years back fishermen and others dependent on Portmahomack Harbour for the 311 prosecution of their calling addressed a memorial to the Fishery Board for Scotland, fully setting forth the circumstances under which a grant in aid of the improvement of the harbour is required; and will the Secretary for Scotland call for that Memorial and give the points raised therein full consideration.
