That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to make new provisions with regard to the constitution and to change the name of the company of proprietors of the Rochdale Canal; to fix and regulate the capital and borrowing powers of the company; to amend the Acts relating to and confer further powers on the company; and for other purposes." And also, a Bill, intituled, "An Act to confer further powers upon the London and South-Western Railway Company, to authorise them to execute further works to acquire additional lands, and to raise further money; and for other purposes." [London and South-Western Railway Bill [Lords].
