§ SIR MANCHERJEE BHOWNAGGREE (Bethnal Green, N.E.)I beg to ask the First Commissioner of Works if he will consider the advisability of making arrangements for the erection of a public clock in some prominent part of the exterior of the new museum buildings at South Kensington, especially in view of the fact that there is no such clock westward from Hyde Park Corner within the four mile radius, and the erection of one at South Kensington would be regarded as a public boon.
§ THE FIRST COMMISSIONER OF WORKS (Mr. A. AKERS-DOUGLAS,) Kent, St. Augustine'sThe matter referred to by my hon. friend shall receive attention.
