Member for Wick Burghs I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Government have any information that Russia meditates frustrating the development of British trade in Persia by the construction of a railway from Duschak, on the Trans-Siberian Railway, to Meshed, whither English goods at present travel viâ Seistan.
