MACDONNELL (Queen's County, Leix)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he has received a resolution from the Queen's County County Council requesting that a grant should be made from the Imperial Exchequer for the purpose of completing the drainage of the River Barrow; and if it is the intention of the Government to meet the wishes of the Queen's County County Council.
