§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI am reluctant to say what class of Supply will be taken to-morrow week, but if the right hon. Gentleman will ask me a question on Monday, I will endeavour to answer it. As regards to-morrow, we must get the English Votes in Class III. I am very anxious to bring on the Home Office Vote at a reasonable time. I think arrangements may be made with those most interested in these Votes by which it may be brought on at a time which would ensure its discussion.
