§ * MR. A. GRAHAM MURRAYThe breakwater of the Port Ness Harbour is completed. The sand has not been removed from the harbour, and the rest of the works remain in the same state as when the hon. Member last inquired about them.

§ * MR. A. GRAHAM MURRAYI do not think there are any facts which are unknown. The hon. Member is as well aware as I am of the real reason for the state of the harbour.
