§ 1. "That a sum, not exceeding £29,936, be granted to Her Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1900, for payments under the Tramways and Public Companies (Ireland) Act, 1883, the Light Railways 1387 (Ireland) Acts, 1889 and 1893, the Tramways (Ireland) Act, 1895, and the Railways (Ireland) Act, 1896.
