§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, having regard to the fact that on the 5th April, 1897, he stated that the question of the alteration of the law in regard to School Board Elections in Scotland would receive consideration before the next triennial election, will he now state whether the Government intend to propose any change in the law?
