MR. PATRICK O'BRIENOn behalf of the honourable Member for the St. Patrick Division of Dublin I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether it is intended to extend to Ireland the cheap workmen's trains which are com pulsory in Great Britain?
THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD or TRADEThe Cheap Trains Act does not apply to Ireland, because no passenger duty is payable by railways there.
