M'KENNA (Monmouth, N.)I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in addition to the expenditure of £516,000 estimated for in the Civil Service Estimates, original and supplementary, for the current financial year, in respect of the British Protectorates in Uganda and in Central and East Africa, any further expenditure in respect of these Protectorates is estimated for in the Army Estimates of the Indian Revenues: and, if so, what is the amount of such further expenditure?
