§ MR. PICKERSGILLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how he proposes that the expenses of the prosecution of an offence under Section 2 of the Inebriates Act, 1898, tried on indictment, shall be defrayed?
§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENTI propose that these expenses should be payable as in cases of felony. A short Bill to effect this will be introduced immediately.
