§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThere has not been sufficient time since notice of this Question was given to obtain detailed information as to the statements contained in either the first or second paragraphs. In any case, however, the question of replanting is not one which could be dealt with in anticipation of the establishment of the Department of Agriculture.
