THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (Mr. GEORGE WTNDHAM,) DoverIt has been decided to grant rewards to certain officers, non-commissioned officers and men in recognition of their services during the occupation of Crete and, specially, during the outbreak at Candia on the 6th September last. The list will be published with the least possible delay.
