I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Departmnet whether he can conveniently state when he will be able to lay upon the Table of the House the Revised Prison Rules, in accordance with the provisions of the Prisons Bill of last Session; whether the Home Office Committee on Prison Diets has completed its labours; and when the Report on same, and the evidence tendered by witnesses, will be published.
