§ SIR SEYMOUR KINGI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether he will lay upon the Table a copy of any further correspondence which has passed between the Government of India, the India Office, and the Home military authorities on the subject of the retardation of promotion in the Indian Staff Corps?
