§ MR. AKERS-DOUGLASIt is proposed to commence the new buildings in front of the South Kensington Museum within the next few weeks. The new Public Offices in Whitehall and Parliament Street will be begun as soon as the sites are cleared and the plans approved. The question of the traffic between Marlborough Gate and Buckingham Gate is a very large one, and is at the present moment receiving, the serious consideration of my Department.
