§ MR. BRODRICKIt has been impossible to receive information from the Bahr-el-Gazal as that district according to a report from Fashoda early in December was completely closed by the sudd. Discussions are taking place with a view to settling a line of delimitation between the French and Anglo-Egyptian spheres; but no information as to their details can at present be given.
