The Comptroller of the Household reported Her Majesty's Answer to the humble Address of the 31st July, as followeth:—
I have received your Address praying that, in pursuance of the eighteenth section of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1876, an additional Judge may be appointed to the High Court of Justice in
