§ MR. HANBURYAccording to the latest information in the possession of the Postmaster-General there are exchanges at five places in the County of Flint—viz., Buckley, Connah's Quay, Holywell, Mold and Rhyl; and the total number of subscribers connected with these exchanges is 89.
