§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTYIt is not proposed to publish the actual Report on the education of naval officers, which is the work of a Departmental Committee. But such changes as will be adopted by the Admiralty in consequence of the Inquiry which has taken place will be communicated to the Fleet, and to the publication of these changes there will be, of course, no objection.
