§ THE FIRST COMMISSIONER OF WORKS (Mr. AKERS DOUGLAS,) Kent, St. Augustine'sI presume that my noble Friend refers to the plans of the extension of the Art Museum—the plans for Science Buildings being already in the Tea Room. As I explained in my Reply to a Question at the beginning of the Session, these plans are practically the same as those formerly approved by the House, and it was therefore unnecessary to delay the work by again depositing them here; although I should be glad, as I said, to show them to any honourable Member who might desire to see them.
