WEBSTER,) Isle of WightThe matter has been somewhat delayed by my having to obtain information as to the existing societies and communicate with several leading members of the theatrical profession. I have, however, lately been able to give directions for the appropriation of the fund now in court, subject to a scheme to be approved by the court. The scheme will be published in the course of a few days.
