§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADEThe Casquets Lighthouse is not electrically connected with the Channel Islands. As my honourable Friend is aware, the Royal Commission on Electrical Communication with Lighthouses and Light Vessels, which sat for some} ears, considered carefully the circumstances of all the light stations round the coasts of the United Kingdom They made no recommendation for electrical communication to be carried out in the case of the Casquets.
