§ Copy presented,—of Treasury Minute, dated 29th March, under the Public Accounts and Charges Act, 1891, directing that as from the 1st April 1899 the receipts under section 1 (1) (A) of the Merchant Slopping (Mercantile Marine Fund) Act, 1898, shall be applied as appropriations in aid of the moneys to be granted by Parliament for Mercantile Marine Services; the fees under section 3 of the same Act as an appropriation in aid of the moneys to be granted by Parliament for the service of Customs; and the receipts under section 1 (4) of the Registration (Ireland) Act, 1898, as an appropriation in aid of the moneys to be granted by Parliament for County Court Officers, etc., Ireland (by Act); to lie upon the Table.
