FIELDI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the Government will consider the advisability of bringing in a Measure to amend the law regulating limited liability companies, especially with regard to their promotion and management; and whether it can be arranged that information and publicity shall be given to investors respecting the amount of capital to be taken by the promoters?
