§ MR. LUTTRELL (Devon, Tavistock)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether in a rural parish the parish meeting have exclusively the power of abandoning the Lighting and Watching Act of 1833, assuming that the Act has been in force for over three years in the parish?
