HC Deb 18 May 1898 vol 58 c7
THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR,) Manchester, E.

I have to give notice that at the commencement of public business tomorrow, I shall move the suspension of the 12 o'clock Rule for the Irish Bill, as there is still a large amount of business to be got through before Whitsun. I trust that it will be found to be for the general convenience of Members on both sides of the House.
