§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. GRAHAM MURRAY,) ButeshireThe annual Report of Her Majesty's Inspector of Constabulary for Scotland for 1896–97 was issued on the 9th May, 1897, and I am informed that his Report for 1897–98, which was presented to Parliament on the 21st ultimo, will be issued in about ten days.
