§ That they have passed a Bill intituled "An Act to provide for the redemption of the Powell Duffryn Steam Coal Company (Limited) of certain redeemable shares issued by them, and to authorise 1205 the creation and issue of new preference shares in exchange for the shares redeemed; and for other purposes."
