MR. FIELDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will consider the advisability of appointing a Committee of Inquiry or a Board of Trade inquiry regarding the promotion and management of cycle companies, and report thereon?
§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI have no evidence before me in connection with the matter referred to in the Question, but even supposing the honourable Member's suggestion a desirable one, on which I express no opinion, it would hardly be within my province to give effect to it.
