WEIRI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that Army pensioners receive their pensions quarterly, he will consider the advisability of printing on the pension warrants some of the many advantages of investment in the Post Office Savings Bank, so that they may have an opportunity of making provision for the ensuing three months?
