§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYHer Majesty's Government have received and accepted an invitation from the Belgian Government to attend a conference on the subject of the liquor traffic in West Africa. No final determination appears to have been arrived at as to the composition of the conference or the date of its meeting.
