BRODRICKAs negotiations for the acquisition of sites are still pending it is not desirable to publish the particulars asked for in the Question, but, generally speaking, some 40 acres were required, and over £1,000 per acre was asked in spite of the fact that a good deal that was merely bare rock was included.
